As we close out a transformative year at ARC Properties, we're thrilled to reflect on our accomplishments and the exciting progress we've made. 2024 was a year of strategic growth, highlighted by the acquisition of a 32,229 sqft retail building that strengthens our presence in the retail sector and offers new opportunities for both tenants and investors in a prime location. In addition, we expanded our reach into Illinois, acquiring a total of 25,106 sqft of flex space—further diversifying our portfolio and increasing our footprint in key markets.
We’re also proud to share that we’re ending the year with a remarkable 98% occupancy rate across our properties, a testament to our strong relationships with tenants and our commitment to maintaining high-quality, in-demand spaces. As we look to 2025, we remain focused on finding new opportunities, enhancing our existing assets, and continuing to build value for our investors and partners.
